EQUIPMENT & CAPABILITIES:

We have the ability to print from 1-10 colors, with manual and automatic capabilities. Our equipment is top of the line using only M&R, and Hopkins brand machinery.

We demand a premium line up of Inks and other decorating supplies to achieve the best results. Our inventory consists of Union, Wilflex, Rutland and Matsui Brand inks.

We have found that there is not a one solution brand for all applications, so we have pulled the best from each world to maintain a premium line up of Inks, to meet the demands of “retail” quality prints.

We have and continue to experiment with the latest technology in Inks and supplies, always expanding our capabilities.

MINIMUM ORDER & MAX CAPACITY:

We are able to accommodate any size order large or small. We also do not have a minimum number of prints, so if you only need 1 print, that is what you can get.

However please be advised, that orders less than 12 pieces, will have a sample charge added to the order. Samples Charge Prices vary depending on the application you require, as well as the required number of prints before the fee is waived. As far as capacity,we have the ability to produce up to 10,000 prints per day.

ART WORK REQUIRMENTS:

Print Ready Artwork must be submitted in one of the following Formats:

For Photoshop Files, JPEGS, *.tif, or *.bmp Files: Images must be saved to the actual Print Size at 300 dpi before sending art files, be sure that all Fonts are Outlined or rastersized. If your file is in layers, please tag each layer with the appropriate PMS color or BGC House Color for accurate interpretation

TURN AROUND TIME:

Standard turn around time on orders is 7-10 business days from the day that artwork is approved and the deposit has been collected. For Orders consisting of multiple designs, please add 1-2 days per design to the standard 7-10 day time frame.

For Brand Collections, delivery time will be estimated at the time of order submission, and generally can take 3-4 weeks, depending on the garment, print and packaging requirements.
